Return policy
To return a product you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. The return has a cost of €7 for the Peninsula ( (see other locations at the bottom of the page) as a collection and processing fee that will be deducted from the amount to be returned, once we verify that the product has not been opened and has been returned in perfect condition.
If your order has already left our facilities, you will have to wait to receive it before proceeding with the return.
To make the return, access the following link and follow the steps:

- Enter the email address you used to place your order and add your order number using the following format: #T10000
- Select the product(s) you wish to return and place them in a carefully packed box.
- Download the return label and show it at your nearest Post Office when you drop off your package so they can scan it. You don't need to print it.
- When we receive it, we will check that it is in perfect condition and proceed to refund the amount, deducting the corresponding amount for collection and processing.
If your order contains any errors, write to us at info@thecosmethics.com or contact us through Whatsapp 604029291 and we will take care of the whole process.
If you receive a product damaged during transport or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and remember that you must keep the outer packaging in order to make a claim. We will need a photograph of the damage to the product and the outer packaging showing the shipping label. To process the replacement, write to us at info@thecosmethics.com or contact us via WhatsApp 604029291 and we will take care of the entire process.
