The purchase conditions (hereinafter the Conditions) set out below regulate the sale of products on the website "thecosmethics.com" or online store presented by NATURAL SMART BEAUTY SL, (hereinafter NATURAL SMART BEAUTY), with registered office at Castelao 33, 32660 Allariz- Ourense and with email address info@thecosmethics.com CIF number B32460925.

1. Shipments

REMEMBER: We will not ship your order if it only contains samples.

Items purchased at thecosmethics.com are shipped by several courier companies. The customer's order will be delivered within the timeframe stipulated by thecosmethics.com at the time of online purchase.
In order to avoid delivery issues (such as incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to complete the purchase form correctly. You must provide a contact mobile phone number in the corresponding box, as well as your ID number for orders to the Canary Islands. Orders can also be tracked through the website.
2. Changes and/or returns
A) For Spain and Portugal
Any purchased item that is not completely satisfactory can be exchanged or returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Returns have a €5 fee for collection and processing, which we will deduct from the refund amount once we verify that the product has not been opened and has been returned in perfect condition.

- Select the product(s) you wish to return and place them in a carefully packaged box.
- Download the return label and show it to your nearest Post Office when you drop off your package so they can scan it. You don't need to print it.
- Once we receive it, we'll check that it's in perfect condition and issue a refund, minus €5 for collection and processing.
If your order has already left our facilities You will have to wait to receive it to proceed with the return.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product Write to us at info@thecosmethics.com or contact us via WhatsApp at 604029291 and we'll take care of the entire process.

thecosmethics.com will not accept exchanges or returns that have not been previously communicated through the indicated channels.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original and will be limited to unused items returned in perfect condition, in the same condition in which they were received. If payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the customer must include the bank account number where the refund is to be received on the form.
In the event that the return is due to reasons not attributable to theCosmethics, such as a change of mind, failure to pick up an order, or an error by the customer when placing their order.
In the case of a return, theCosmethics will refund the customer all payments received, except for shipping and handling fees, if both are necessary. The amount deducted will be the amount indicated for each shipping method.
NATURAL SMART BEAUTY SL will not accept returns sent postage due under any circumstances.
The item(s) must be packaged appropriately to avoid possible damage. It is also essential that the following address be printed on the outside of the package; to facilitate the process, we enclose a label with your orders:
