Damaged orders

To claim damage due to transport:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and you must keep the original packaging you received along with the label. You will need to send us a photograph of the damaged products, the packaging and the label in which the damage caused by transport can be clearly seen. We cannot accept claims for transport damage after the deadline or without photographs of the original packaging elements.

To claim a damaged, spoiled or expired product:

Contact us when you open your product, with the original box and a photo of the batch of the product you want to claim. If you cannot find it, we will of course help you. To avoid any interference with the shelf life of a product, we never tamper with and/or open any packaging. We cannot be held responsible for products that have been opened and damaged due to poor storage. We will ensure that you receive a replacement for your product in perfect condition.
