How do I prepare my orange ice creams with beet and ginger muesli?
First step : Peel the oranges and place the fruit in a blender. Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Blend everything until it becomes a smooth and creamy texture.
Second step : pour the mixture into the ice cream molds until they are half full.
Third step : add some ginger beet muesli to the mold. Finally cover the ice cream with the remaining orange pulp and finish with a little more muesli (approximately 1/2 tablespoon).
Fourth step : stick a wooden stick into each ice cream and place the mold in the freezer.
Fifth step : wait 4 hours or leave it overnight to get the perfect texture.
