You have very dry, damaged and/or weak hair. You can use it daily. If you have dyed hair you can also use it.

Tips for use:

Apply 2 almonds to freshly washed, damp hair, preferably on the mane (not the scalp). Leave it on for 2-3 minutes and rinse with cold water.
