What is the Points Program?

It's our way of rewarding you for returning to theCosmethics with discounts and gifts.

How do I access the Points Program?

Once you have registered with theCosmethics, access Your Account (in the top right menu icon or, if you access from mobile, at the bottom of the Main Menu).

How do I use my points to get gifts and discounts?

In your personal area in the Points Program, you have two sections: Ways to Earn Points, where you can see how to earn points at any given time (i.e., update), and then your Available Rewards . In Available Rewards , you can convert your points into discounts, gifts, etc. If you convert points into a discount code, this code will be valid for one year from the date you converted it. Therefore, even if you don't use it when you convert it, it will be saved in your Available Rewards, and you can copy and use it later.

If you cancel an order, we'll refund the code you used, and any points you earned for that purchase will be automatically deducted. If you cancel an order partially, any unearned points will be deducted. If you cancel an order partially, partial points will not be refunded. The discount code can only be fully refunded, so those points will be lost in a partial adjustment.

If you see an incompatible code/promotion message at checkout , it's because your cart has another discount code applied or a promotion already applied that's incompatible with the points program discount. You can review your cart and, if possible (it's not an automatic discount), choose the discount that best suits you. Don't worry, since it's valid for one year, you can use it on your next purchase.

Suspension of the points program or Referral program.

If fraudulent use is detected by the points or referral system, or if it is manually detected through review, we will automatically suspend the associated points account, reset the achieved level, and cancel any orders associated with discounts obtained through fraudulent use.

How do I become a VIP?

When you earn 5,000 points on our website, you automatically become a VIP customer. You'll receive a notification and a reward, and you'll start accumulating double the points . That means instead of 5 points for every €1 purchased, you'll receive 10 points! And so on with the rest of your actions. You don't need to keep your points to reach 1,000; you can invest them in discounts or gifts. We keep track of your points, and you'll reach VIP status even if you have 0 points but earned 1,000 points in your history.

How do I become a GOLD VIP?

When you earn 25,000 points on our website, you automatically become a GOLD VIP customer. You'll receive a notification and a reward, and you'll start accumulating triple the points . That means instead of 5 points for every €1 purchased, you'll receive 15 points! And so on with the rest of your actions. You don't need to keep your points to reach 25,000; you can invest them in discounts or gifts. We keep track of your points, and you'll reach GOLD VIP even if you have 0 points but earned 25,000 points in your history.
