Advance Purchase
We offer the option of pre-purchasing so that, if it is not a problem for you to wait a few extra days for your order, you can place your order all at once without having to wait for the 'Notify me when available'. Our stocks rotate a lot, we make weekly and monthly purchases, and therefore, they sell out quickly, but whenever possible, they are also replenished quickly. This way we ensure a very fresh stock .
What does Advance Purchase mean?
You are purchasing an item that has not yet arrived at our premises but for which there is an ongoing order. Out-of-stock products for which we have not had an order or have not had stock back from the brand appear as out of stock and you cannot purchase them until they are back in stock.
When will I receive my order if I include products in Pre-Order?
For all pre-order products you can see the date on which they are expected to arrive at our premises. We will send your order together when we receive all the products included in your order , those already in stock and those you include in your pre-order.
What if my order contains products with different dates?
We will ship your order when we receive all the products, please note that it will be the date of the product(s) that will arrive latest.
What happens if I experience a delay in any deadline?
If a product is delayed, we will always offer you the option of receiving it separately in several shipments. We will keep you informed of the process at all times.
How can I receive it in separate shipments?
You can separate your orders by placing one order with the products in stock and another order with the products in pre-order. Please note that each order must reach the minimum amount for free shipping.
