It also helped me understand the importance of each of the steps that exist within a care routine and, what I found most interesting and important, knowing how to recognize when my skin is not receiving what it needs and how to solve this problem. To end the meeting and, after we had spent a few minutes of time, Sofía said goodbye telling me that she would send me an email with suggestions and guidelines that could help me.
That's how it was, minutes later I received a completely personalized message by email in which both observations and products from their catalog appeared that could respond to the needs of my skin. Furthermore, in the email the door was left open, allowing me to convey future doubts, encouraging me to book a new consultation if I ever needed it.
