We know that it is a matter of getting used to and training our brain with these new habits until this simple and healthy routine becomes completely natural to us. In our “do it yourself” today we show you how to make a relaxing mist to apply on your body and pillow every night. It is very simple!

You only need lavender floral water and pure essential oils .
What ingredients do you need to make a pillow mist?
An aerosol container to deposit your relaxing mist inside. If it is dark and glass, much better.

1/2 cup boiled water or lavender floral water (you can make it yourself).
-
1 teaspoon of 96º alcohol . You can get it at any pharmacy.
-
15 drops of lavender essential oil .
-
15 drops of chamomile essential oil .
-
2 drops of valerian essential oil , optional.
-
2 drops of vetiver essential oil , optional.
How to prepare your relaxing pillow mist
Mix all the ingredients in a glass bottle (remember that it must be sterilized) and shake it well. Put a pretty label on it so the whole family knows what's inside that dark jar and that's it! You already have your relaxing mist prepared.
Every night spray the back of your neck, the soles of your feet and your pillow. Avoid direct contact with eyes, carry alcohol.
*This natural mist is not miraculous, in addition to applying it to your body and pillow, we advise you to follow our advice and always keep the room dark, away from any new technological device and light.
